Positioning Strategy Development Process

POSITIONING STRATEGIES applies a proven strategy development methodology, based on our own Four Forces of Positioning model, to the complex issues surrounding product, service and corporate positioning. Without a proven methodology for positioning analysis, the mountain of data is hard to organize and individuals often disagree on the implications of their collective knowledge. This methodology utilizes a cross-functional team process producing actionable go-to-market strategies and identifies major business model implications of the strategy.

Essentially, we take the view that our clients are both highly intelligent and very knowledgeable about their own market sectors.  However, creating a viable and executable positioning strategy requires that appropriate managers in a company:
